STRATEGIC DIFFERENTIATOR:
LEGAL INTELLIGENCE IN DECISION-MAKING ENVIRONMENTS

Marcia Ivana’s trajectory is defined by her dual background in Law and

Business Administration, which allows her to move with authority between

legal rigor, the dynamics of institutional power, and the efficiency of the

corporate environment.

In law, her path was shaped within a strong legal tradition under the

mentorship of the renowned jurist and constituent federal congressman

Dr. Osvaldo Evangelista de Macedo (in memoriam), from whom she inherited

technical rigor, ethical discipline, and the standards of classical legal practice.

This multidisciplinary perspective is strengthened by a solid executive career

in global, high- compliance institutions such as Citibank, ExxonMobil,

and Marine Box, alongside the multicultural perspective developed through

living and working in Brazil and abroad. From this synthesis emerges

a practice defined by method, strategy, and presence.

With experience in electoral intelligence, public administration, and institutional articulation, Marcia Ivana has a privileged understanding of the inner workings of the State, enabling her to anticipate movements, reduce uncertainty, and unlock decisions in high-impact disputes.

Her practice combines business strategy, legal knowledge, and trilingual fluency to ensure the effective realization of legal rights in matters involving healthcare, complex contracts, and significant asset-related interests, where economic viability, institutional stability, and legal certainty are as vital as the letter of the law itself.

At the helm of ΣIΛ, Marcia Ivana transforms her trajectory into a language of professional action: the depth to understand, the authority to decide, and the firmness to lead what is complex.
